Hold Music

Customers may be given access to a library of musical tracks that can be assigned to their services via queues. Initially, this library consists of several copyright-free tracks, such as Johann Strauss II's "The Blue Danube". However, Customers can have further tracks added to their library, copyright permitting.

Customers will not be able to access this feature unless the Audio Uploader option is enabled under their Customer Settings page.

  1. Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

    1. Access the details page for the intended Customer.

      1. Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
      2. Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
    1. Select the Customer Resources tab.
  1. Click the Hold Music Tracks hyperlink.
