Enabling List-based Outdialling for a Customer
If a Customer intends to have some or all of its Agents make list-based outdialler calls, an Administrator will need to enable this functionality on their behalf.

Access the intended Customer's settings.How do I access the Customer Settings page for a specific organisation?
Access the details page for the intended Customer.
How do I access the details of a specific Customer?- Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
- Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
- Select the Customer Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the Features section.
- Tick the List based outdialler check box.
- Click Save Changes.
