Deactivating a Service
The following describes how to deactivate a service
Due to the legal requirement to preserve inbound call logs associated with each service, deactivation does not fully purge a service from the system. It does however prevent calls being made to that service.
You will not be asked to confirm the deactivation of any service, and only system Administrators are able to re-activate them. Contact Customer Support if you have any queries regarding deactivated services, including requests for them to be re-activated.
Implementation

Access the details page for the intended Customer.
How do I access the details of a specific Customer?- Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
- Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
- Select the Services tab.
- Locate the intended service and click its Service Details link. This will open a new page.
- Select the Service Settings tab.
- Locate the Cease Service Options section.
- If you plan to fully purge this service and free up the numbers associated with it:
- Tick the Strip All Phone Numbers check box.
- Use the adjoining drop-down to select where the freed-up numbers should be reassigned. This can either be to the numbers quarantine (from where they can be made available to any other service), or to the number pool associated with a Reseller.
- Click the De-activate Service button.
