Website Users: Overview

The term Website User refers to any admin portal user, including supervisors who need to access reports, and traditional administrators who need to update passwords and make configuration changes.

To view and make changes to a list of website users, your own user account will need to be given the Can Administer Other Website Users permission. Speak to a system administrator to request this.

  1. Access the resources page for the intended customer.

    1. Access the details page for the intended customer.

      1. Type the customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
      2. Click the intended customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
    1. Select the Customer Resources tab.
  1. Click the Users and Access Policy hyperlink.

Alternatively, while viewing any page relating to the intended customer, you can hover over their name in the top navigation bar, then select Users and Access Policy from the resulting menu.

  1. Access the details of the relevant reseller.
    1. Access your list of resellers.
      1. Access the Partner Properties page.
        1. Hover the cursor over your company name in the top-left corner of any page. This will open a context menu.
        1. Select Your Client Properties. This opens the Partner page, with the Contact Details tab selected.
      1. Select the Resellers tab.
    1. Locate the intended reseller, and click its Details hyperlink.
  1. Hover over the name of the reseller in the top navigation bar, and select Users and Access Policy.

In fact, you can access this link from the reseller's context menu on any page that relates to them, not just their details page. The details page is suggested because it's one of the most direct methods available.

  1. Hover the cursor over your company name in the top-left corner of any page. This will open a context menu.
  1. Select Users and Access Policy. This opens the Users page, with the User List tab selected.
