Creating an Operator Group

The following describes how to create a new operator group on behalf of a customer. The new group may be based on an existing one, or left empty in readiness for members.

Implementation

1. Access the operator groups list for the intended customer.

   1. Access the resources page for the intended customer.

      1. Access the details page for the intended customer.

         How do I access the details of a specific customer?

         1. Type the customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
         2. Click the intended customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.

      2. Select the Customer Resources tab.

   2. Click the Operators hyperlink.

   3. Select the Groups tab.

2. Use the Create a New Group interface to specify a Name for the new group.
3. If you want to base the new group on an existing one, use the Based On drop-down to select that group. Otherwise, leave this option as-is.
4. Click Create.
