Setting the Default Values for New Operators

The following describes how to specify the default value set for new operators. When creating operators, you can either give them these defaults or apply unique values as needed.

Implementation

1. Access the Operators list for the intended customer.

   1. Access the resources page for the intended customer.

      1. Access the details page for the intended customer.

         How do I access the details of a specific customer?

         1. Type the customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
         2. Click the intended customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.

      2. Select the Customer Resources tab.

   2. Click the Operators hyperlink.

2. Select the Import/Create tab.

3. Locate the New Operator Defaults page section.
4. Using the fields provided, make any required changes to the default settings. For more information about these fields, refer to Modifying an Operator.
5. To apply your changes, click Save These Defaults.
