Enabling RealCredit L1 Card Processing for (Undefined variable: terminology-people-customer.Who Operates a Call Centre? (capitalised single, article))

If (Undefined variable: terminology-people-customer.Who Operates a Call Centre? (singular, article)) requires level 1 RealCredit card payment processing—the most secure level of processing offered by RealCredit—this will need to be enabled via the (Undefined variable: terminology-page-Customers.Which page tab contains configuration settings for a customer?) page. It may then be included as a paid add-on for Agent licences used by that Customer.

Level 1 processing must be enabled for your organisation before you can enable it for your Customers. Contact a system Administrator to request this as needed.

Implementation

  1. Access the intended Customer's settings.
  1. Scroll down to the Features section.
  2. Locate the Credit Card Collection Option section.
  3. Use the radio button to select Level 1 using RealCredit Level 1.
  4. Select an appropriate price list for this feature using the drop-down provided.
  5. Click Save Changes.

After you save your changes, the page will update. Costs incurred for enabling this feature at the Customer level will appear below the relevant section of the page.
