Enabling RealCredit L1 Card Processing for a Customer

If a customer requires level 1 RealCredit card payment processing—the most secure level of processing offered by RealCredit—this will need to be enabled via the Customer Settings page. It may then be included as a paid add-on for operator licences used by that customer.

Level 1 processing must be enabled for your organisation before you can enable it for your customers. Contact a system administrator to request this as needed.

Implementation

  1. Access the intended customer's settings.

    1. Access the details page for the intended customer.

      1. Type the customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
      2. Click the intended customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
    1. Select the Customer Settings tab.
  1. Scroll down to the Features section.
  2. Locate the Credit Card Collection Option section.
  3. Use the radio button to select Level 1 using RealCredit Level 1.
  4. Select an appropriate price list for this feature using the drop-down provided.
  5. Click Save Changes.

After you save your changes, the page will update. Costs incurred for enabling this feature at the customer level will appear below the relevant section of the page.
