Hanging Up a VoIP Call

The voip_hangup command is used to hang up the active call to a specific operator's TelXL VoIP softphone. The caller may remain in the call afterwards, for example to complete a feedback survey as part of their current queue.

This command and those related to it only affect operators using VoIP phones.

Parameters

The ID of the operator in receipt of the VoIP call.
