Un-muting a VoIP Call

The voip_unmute command is used to un-mute a specific operator's TelXL VoIP softphone during an active call.

This command and those related to it only affect operators using VoIP phones.

Parameters

operator_id
required		 number

The ID of the operator associated with the VoIP phone.
