Agent Extensions

Each Agent can be assigned a unique extension number, letting other Agents call them by dialling a shorter number than usual. An extension is most often used when making an enquiry call to fellow Agents on behalf of an active caller.

Setting an Agent's Extension

  1. Access the Agents list for the intended Customer.
  1. Locate the intended Agent and click their Details hyperlink. This displays the Details tab for that Agent.
  1. Scroll down to the Call Handling Settings section.
  2. Type the intended Extension Number into the field provided.
  3. Click Save Settings to confirm your change.
