Customers: Overview
Every organisation that makes and receives calls through a telephony service is referred to as a Customer. Each Customer is responsible for its own Agents, as well as all of the resources and settings that determine the experience of their consumers.
How do I access the details of a specific Customer?
- Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
- Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
If you can't find a specific organisation, and you should have access to their details, please contact a system Administrator for assistance.
