Deleting an Agent Group

The following describes how to delete an Agent group belonging to a Customer.

You cannot undo this action, and you will not be asked to confirm it. As you might expect, deleting a group will remove all Agents from it, but it will not delete—or otherwise affect—those Agents.

Implementation

Access the Agent groups list for the intended Customer.

1. Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

  Access the details page for the intended Customer.
  How do I access the details of a specific Customer?
  Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
  Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
  Select the Customer Resources tab.

1. Select the Groups tab.

Locate the intended group, and click its Delete button.
