Audio Prompts: Overview
To provide a truly bespoke experience, you can create a library of audio clips to suit each stage of your caller journeys. For example, you most likely want a greeting in a language suitable for the caller's location, as well as instructions and information to help them make decisions and provide information about their enquiry.
Customers will not be able to access this feature unless the Audio Uploader option is enabled under their Customer Settings page.
How do I view a list of audio prompts for a specific Customer?

Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

Access the details page for the intended Customer.
How do I access the details of a specific Customer?- Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
- Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
- Select the Customer Resources tab.
