Data Lists: Overview

While administering a Customer's services, if you need to reference certain data—such as credentials for access control, contacts for outdialler calling, or targets for hot-desking—rather than manually entering the data each time it is needed, it is quicker and easier to compile all of the necessary data into one or more lists, which the system can refer to when needed.

The Admin portal supports a variety of standard list templates like those mentioned above, but it also allows you to customise those templates or create completely bespoke lists to suit practically any purpose.
