Creating a Script Based on a Dialler List

If you intend to have Agents make calls and record responses based on a list of contacts, you can automatically generate a script based on an outdialler campaign list. This script can then be used by Agents via a list-based outdialler widget.

Implementation

  1. Access the Lists of Customer Data page for the intended Customer.
  1. Select the Scripts tab.
  2. Use the drop-down to select the intended outdialler list, and click Update. The page will now show any existing scripts already based on the chosen list.
  3. Select an appropriate price list to use for the script.
  4. Click Create a New Script Based on this List. The page will refresh, and the name of the new script will appear.
  5. If you want to view or edit the new script, click its Edit Script hyperlink.
