Choosing L1 Card Processing Options for a Reseller

The following describes how to choose which credit card processing options are available to a Reseller and all of their Customers.

Implementation

  1. Access the details of the relevant Reseller.
    1. Access your list of Resellers.
      1. Access the Partner Properties page.
        1. Hover the cursor over your company name in the top-left corner of any page. This will open a context menu.
        1. Select Your PartnerProperties. This opens the Partner page, with the Contact Details tab selected.
      1. Select the Resellers tab.
    1. Locate the intended Reseller, and click its Details hyperlink.
  1. Select the Products tab.
  2. Under Credit Card Processing Options, use the drop-down to select the name of the provider you wish to use; alternatively, to enable all available providers, select All.

    You can disable level 1 processing for all Customers of this Reseller by selecting Feature Switched Off. This option will not be available if the feature is currently in use by one or more Customers.

  1. Click Save Changes.
