The Customer Tab
Previous: Creating a Blank IVR
This part of the process determines which Customer the new service will belong to.
If the intended Customer has not already been created, refer to Creating a Customer instead.
Implementation
- Normally, this tab will have a Customer selected according to your prior choices. To select a different Customer:
- Click Change. This displays a list of available Customers.
- Locate the intended Customer and click the corresponding Use button.
- When the intended Customer is selected, click Next to move on to the Service tab.
