Creating a Price List

The following describes how to create a price list.

The new list will be based on an existing one, and inherit the price items of that basis. It is therefore necessary to ensure all price items that should vary from the original be changed as needed.

Implementation

  1. Access your available price lists.

    From the homepage, select General Admin > View Price Lists. This opens the Price List Management page.

  1. Scroll down to the New Price List section.
  2. Type a suitable Name for the new list.
  3. Use the Based On drop-down to select an existing price list on which to base the new one. This can either be one you've created, or a fixed price list that was provided to you.
  4. Click Create New Price List.
  5. Modify the price items of the new list to ensure all features are charged at the correct rates.
