Registered CLIs

Every Customer has a list of phone numbers, also known as Calling Line Identifiers (CLIs), that are authorised to make outbound calls via two-stage indirect access (IDA). If someone attempts to make this type of call from a CLI that has not been registered against the relevant Customer, their inbound call will be redirected, or simply refused.

Any Agents, belonging to the chosen Customer, that have permission to make outbound calls will appear in a separate list at the top of this page.

Each entry in the Registered CLIs list includes a phone number (the CLI itself), as well as a name, such as the owner of the number. From here, you can access the call log for any registered CLI by clicking the corresponding hyperlink, and you can also make changes to the settings of any entry, or delete it altogether.
