Placing a Caller On Hold During an Enquiry
The call_hold_caller
command is used to place a caller on hold, letting an operator speak to a third party on their behalf. An enquiry call will have been initiated at this point, and the operator will have the third party on the line ready to talk while the caller is on hold.
