Creating an Agent Group

The following describes how to create a new Agent group on behalf of a Customer. The new group may be based on an existing one, or left empty in readiness for members.

Implementation

  1. Access the Agent groups list for the intended Customer.
  1. Use the Create a New Group interface to specify a Name for the new group.
  2. If you want to base the new group on an existing one, use the Based On drop-down to select that group. Otherwise, leave this option as-is.
  3. Click Create.

The Edit Group interface will load after the new group is added, letting you modify the group as needed.
