Creating an Agent Script

The following describes how to create a new Agent script.

For list-based outdialler calling, the easiest way to create a script is to base it on the outdialler list.

Implementation

  1. Access the list of scripts for the intended Customer .
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Create Script interface.
  3. By default, all new scripts are based on a blank template. If you would like to base a new script on an existing one, use the first drop-down to choose the existing script.
  4. Give the new script a suitable Name.
  5. Use the second drop-down to select a price list for the script, if different to the default.
  6. Click Create New Script.
  7. Edit the items in the script to ensure it contains the correct information. The initial set of items are defined by the template you selected.
