Setting the Default Values for New Agents

The following describes how to specify the default value set for new Agents. When creating Agents, you can either give them these defaults or apply unique values as needed.

Changing these values will have no effect on existing Agents created with the prior defaults.

Implementation

  1. Access the Agents list for the intended Customer.
  1. Select the Import/Create tab.

  2. Locate the New Agents Defaults page section.
  3. Using the fields provided, make any required changes to the default settings. For more information about these fields, refer to Modifying an Agent.
  4. To apply your changes, click Save These Defaults.
