Deleting a Cost Centre

The following describes how to delete a cost centre from a Customer.

Take care when deleting cost centres; if a cost centre is associated with the Customer's Billing Settings in any way, you should disassociate it (replacing it with an alternative) before you delete it.

Implementation

  1. Access the Cost Centres list for the intended Customer.

    1. Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

      1. Access the details page for the intended Customer.

        1. Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
        2. Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
      1. Select the Customer Resources tab.
    1. Click the Cost Centres hyperlink.
  1. Locate the intended cost centre, and click its Delete button.

    You will not be asked to confirm the deletion, and you cannot undo it.
