Setting the Indirect Access Tariff for a Customer

The following describes how to specify which tariff to use when charging a Customer for Indirect Access (IDA) calls.

The chosen tariff applies to IDA calls made by any Agents that are authorised to make such calls.

While it also applies by default to any CLIs that are registered for IDA by the Customer, you can override this by applying tariffs to individual CLIs as needed.

Implementation

  1. Access the IDA tariff for the intended Customer.

    1. Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

      1. Access the details page for the intended Customer.

        1. Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
        2. Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
      1. Select the Customer Resources tab.
    1. Click the Indirect Access CLIs hyperlink.
  1. In the Tariffs section, use the Indirect Access Tariff drop-down to select the intended tariff.
  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
