Favourites

Every Customer's Admin portal homepage can include a curated list of links, known as Favourites. These links provide easy access to pages and resources that are useful to the organisation. One potential use of this feature is quick access to reports based on specific combinations of parameters, minimising the need to manually specify those parameters every time the report is needed.

Favourites can be added, modified, and removed via the Customer Resources page. Assuming the Customer has any favourite links, these will appear on their homepage after logging into the Admin portal.

Each favourite can be assigned a Category, ensuring that similar or related links can be grouped for intuitive use.
