Favourites
Favourites can be added, modified, and removed via the Customer Resources page. Assuming the Customer has any favourite links, these will appear on their homepage after logging into the Admin portal.

Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

Access the details page for the intended Customer.
How do I access the details of a specific Customer?- Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
- Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
- Select the Customer Resources tab.

- Click the Favourites / Extra menu Links hyperlink.
Each favourite can be assigned a Category, ensuring that similar or related links can be grouped for intuitive use.
