Removing a Favourite

The following describes how to permanently delete a favourite link belonging to a Customer, causing it to disappear from that Customer's Admin portal home page.

You will not be asked to confirm deletions, and they cannot be undone.

Implementation

  1. Access the Favourites list for the intended Customer.

    1. Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

      1. Access the details page for the intended Customer.

        1. Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
        2. Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
      1. Select the Customer Resources tab.
    1. Click the Favourites / Extra menu Links hyperlink.
  1. Locate the intended favourite, and click the corresponding Delete button.

  2. Click Save to confirm your changes.
