Modifying a Customer's Favourites List

The following describes how to make changes to one or more favourite links belonging to a Customer, affecting how those links appear on the Customer's Admin portal home page.

Implementation

  1. Access the Favourites list for the intended Customer.
  1. Locate an intended favourite, and use the various fields to make changes as needed.

    By default, all favourite links will load their target in the active tab. If you'd prefer this not to happen, tick the Open in New Tab / Window check box.

  2. Click Save to confirm your changes.

To see the effects of your changes, you can preview the Customer's favourites list.
