Licence Add-ons

A number of optional, paid-for features can be added to licences, either by selecting a special licence type during provisioning, or afterwards as needed. These features are known as Add-ons.

Available add-ons include:

A licence add-on will be unavailable if the related feature has not been enabled for the Customer. Refer to the relevant link above for more information

Enabling an add-on typically incurs an additional rental charge, the cost of which can be found within the relevant price list.

You can toggle add-ons for individual licences as follows:

  1. Access the Licences list for the intended Customer.

    1. Access the resources page for the intended Customer.

      1. Access the details page for the intended Customer.

        1. Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
        2. Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
      1. Select the Customer Resources tab.
    1. Click the CC4Web Configurations hyperlink.

    1. Select the Licences and Active Sessions tab.

  1. Under the Your CC4Web Licences section, select the Details tab.
  2. Each add-on is represented by a column of check boxes, where any ticked boxes indicate the add-on is applied to the corresponding licence. Tick or un-tick any add-ons you want to modify for the individual licences in this list.
  3. When you've finished, click Save Changes.
