Changing the Priority of a Phone Number
The following describes how to change the priority assigned to calls to a specific number.

Access the details page for the intended Customer.
How do I access the details of a specific Customer?- Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
- Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.
- Select the Services tab.
- Locate the intended service and click its Service Details link. This will open a new page.
- Select the Numbers tab.
- If you can't see a Priority field for the intended number(s), you'll first need to enable the appropriate variable for this service.Enabling the Priority variable for a Service...
Scroll down to the section titled Storing Additional Details Against Each Number.
If the option I Want to Specify Additional Data Collection Variables Against the Numbers isn't already ticked, tick it.
Type the variable name
opq.priority
into the text box next to the option you just ticked, separating it from any prior variable names in the box using a comma.Click Save Changes.
- Type the intended Priority into the field for the chosen number(s).
- Click Save Changes.
