Phone Numbers
Every call made to a service involves an individual (known as a caller) dialling a phone number.
For example, a Basic NTS service for redirecting calls to a specific number (the Target Number) might have ten phone numbers allocated to it. This means that a person who dials any of those ten numbers will be redirected to the target number.
