Phone Numbers

Every call made to a service involves an individual (known as a caller) dialling a phone number. Numbers are assigned to Customers, with each number allocated to a specific service.

For example, a Basic NTS service for redirecting calls to a specific number (the Target Number) might have ten phone numbers allocated to it. This means that a person who dials any of those ten numbers will be redirected to the target number.

Accessing a List of Numbers Allocated to a Service

1. Access the relevant Service Details page.

   1. Access the details page for the intended Customer.

      How do I access the details of a specific Customer?

      1. Type the Customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
      2. Click the intended Customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.

   2. Select the Services tab.

   3. Locate the intended service and click its Service Details link. This will open a new page.
2. Select the Numbers tab.
