Configuring IVR Nodes

The following describes how to access the Configuration settings for any single node of an IVR. Once you have accessed them, you will note that the settings differ depending on the type of node chosen, so you should refer to the relevant topic for more information about configuring specific node types.

Implementation

1. Access the list of services for the intended customer.

   1. Access the details page for the intended customer.

      How do I access the details of a specific customer?

      1. Type the customer’s name into the search field at the top of any page.
      2. Click the intended customer in the search results. This opens the Customer Details page.

   2. Select the Services tab.

2. Locate the intended IVR service and click its Configure link. This will open a new page.

3. Locate the intended node and click its Config link. The right-hand panel will update to display settings specific to the chosen node, based on its type.

   If the node you want to configure doesn't exist yet, you will need to create it first. For more information, refer to Adding or Removing IVR Nodes.
