The Customer Tab
Previous: Creating a Blank IVR
This part of the process determines which customer the new service will belong to.
If the intended customer has not already been created, refer to Creating a Customer instead.
Implementation
- Normally, this tab will have a customer selected according to your prior choices. To select a different customer:
- Click Change. This displays a list of available customers.
- Locate the intended customer and click the corresponding Use button.
- When the intended customer is selected, click Next to move on to the Service tab.
