The Customer Tab

Previous: Creating a Blank IVR

This part of the process determines which Customer the new service will belong to.

Implementation

  1. Normally, this tab will have (Undefined variable: terminology-people-customer.Who Operates a Call Centre? (singular, article)) selected according to your prior choices. To select a different Customer:
    1. Click Change. This displays a list of available Customers.
    2. Locate the intended Customer and click the corresponding Use button.
  1. When the intended Customer is selected, click Next to move on to the Service tab.
