The Customer Tab

Previous: Creating a Blank IVR

This part of the process determines which customer the new service will belong to.

If the intended customer has not already been created, refer to Creating a Customer instead.

Implementation

  1. Normally, this tab will have a customer selected according to your prior choices. To select a different customer:
    1. Click Change. This displays a list of available customers.
    2. Locate the intended customer and click the corresponding Use button.
  1. When the intended customer is selected, click Next to move on to the Service tab.
