Widget Types

The following table lists various types of widget that may be added to an Agent configuration. Where available, you can access instructions for adding a specific type of widget by clicking the link provided.

Connection A unique, special widget added to all new configurations by default. It lets authorised users control their active session, and also grants access to Design Mode, letting them make changes to the configuration. The Connection Widget

Horizontal Line A straight, horizontal line of a specific width and colour, used to visually separate and organise other content. Adding a Horizontal Line to a Configuration

Agents Log In/Out Allows the configuration user to log in, either as themselves or as another nominated Agent. Various optional information and functionality may be added as needed. Adding an Agents In/Out Widget
Current Call Details Allows the configuration user to receive—and, optionally, to make—calls, and provides the user with information and options while on a call. Adding a Current Call Details Widget
Web Page Area Provides information from a nominated location, either part of the Admin portal, an external website, or the contents of an Agent script. Adding a Web Page Area Widget
VoIP Phone (WebRTC) Enables Agents to handle VoIP calls via WebRTC. The Agent will need a licence with the appropriate add-on, and permission to use WebRTC. Adding a WebRTC VoIP Phone Widget
List-based Outdialler Allows Agents to initiate a series of calls to members of a dialler list, during which they can ask questions from a script and have the responses automatically added to the corresponding list entry. Adding a List-based Outdialler Widget
